The Lenasia SAPS has opened an inquest docket following the discovery a body at the Tech Sport Ground in Lenasia Extension 6. According to Lenasia SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Bafana Ndimande, on arrival at the scene, the police found the body of an unidentified man, lying on the ground. The body had no visible injuries.
The paramedics were summoned and they certified the man as dead. The deceased was wearing a blue work top and black trousers.
The pathologists transferred the deceased to the Diepkloof Government Mortuary.
