Johannesburg Central Police arrested a 22-year old female for concealment of birth in Mayfair.
Police were contacted by the employer of the suspect after she discovered a bucket next to the bin with blood and a female foetus.

The employer became suspicious after the suspect was in the bathroom for over two hours with tap water running. She told her boss that she was washing her clothes but the washing powder was in the kitchen.
She left the bathroom with a bucket and her employer then sent her to the shop.Out of curiosity she went to check what was in the bucket, which is when she made the gruesome discovery. Paramedics certified the child dead on the scene.
Investigation is under way and suspect is appearing today in the Johannesburg Magistrate Court.
