On Monday, March 18, a member of the public alerted the police to the discovery of a foetus that was found dumped in an open veld near the Shoprite Supermarket in Braamfischerville.

Soweto West Cluster spokesperson, Sergeant Khalipha Mvula, said,“ No arrest has been made regarding this incident and police urge members of the public to come forward with information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrator.”
