The Ennerdale SAPS have arrested a 34-year-old man in connection with a murder that took place in Finetown, on April 4.
Police arrested the suspect on Thursday, April 12 . The suspect is alleged to have stabbed a man, known to him, near Springbok in Finetown. The suspect appeared at the Lenasia Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 16.
The Ennerdale SAPS is appealing to the community to provide them with information that will lead to the prosecution of the suspect.
The Section Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Mukhari, assured communities that the detective in charge of the docket would not leave any stones unturned.
“The community of Ennerdale will live freely, without fear, when these criminals are behind bars,” Mukhari said.
