An altercation in Lenasia South on Saturday, October 24 resulted in one man being stabbed to death.
According to Lenasia South SAPS communication officer, Khalipha Mvula, the victim was stabbed three times with a screwdriver; in the upper back, in the back of the neck and in the face. The altercation is alleged to hjave been over R50.
The victim was rushed to Lenasia South Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
Mvula says at this stage they do not know how many suspects were involved. However, they have arrested two men so far.
