The body of 23-year-old Bhavesh Govind, reported missing at the Booysens Police Station on Saturday, September 26 was found in a dumpsite in Rabie Ridge (Klipfontein) on Sunday, September 27.
The man who is from Robertsham was last seen in Mayfair at the corner of Church Street and Albertina Sisulu Drive. He had been driving his Silver Mazda Atenza when last seen. The car was recovered in Eldorado Park on the evening of Monday, September, 28.
According to Gauteng Police’s Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini, the deceased had head injuries.
“At this stage it unknown how he was murdered as well as the area where he was killed,” Dlamini said.
No one has been arrested for the murder and investigation is still continuing.
