The Johannesburg Institute of Social Services is trying to trace the biological parents of Lebogang Latoya Khumalo, who was born on September 18, 2018.
Latoya was abandoned in a veld in Lenasia’s Extension 11B and was discovered by a passer-by. She was wrapped in a school jersey and a blood-stained school uniform was found next to her.
