Police are on the hunt for a Zimbabwean man who killed his girlfriend after an argument on Wednesday, November 23.
The incident unfolded at the Precast informal settlement in the early hours of the morning.
According to Captain Netshivhudza of the Lenasia SAPS, the suspect fatally assaulted his girlfriend. She was certified dead by paramedics at the scene.
“She sustained serious injuries to the back of her head and bruises on the face,” Netshivodza said.
Police are still investigating the murder and the suspect is still at large .
